Stubs is a social app for the live music you go to. It is made by Weston Software LLC.

Contact us

Write to support@joinstubs.com.

Include your @handle. We do not retain the email address received from sign-in, so the handle is the reliable way to find your account.

Text messages

Phone verification messages are powered by AWS Notify. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Text HELP for help or STOP to cancel, or write to support@joinstubs.com.

Report content or a person

Report it in the app.

  • A photo: open it and tap the flag.
  • A review: press and hold it, then tap Report this review.
  • A show: tap the flag on the show.
  • A person: open their profile, tap More actions, then tap Report.

Reports enter our review queue. We aim to act within 24 hours.

To report something without the app, write to abuse@joinstubs.com with a @handle and what is wrong.

Block someone

Open their profile, tap More actions, then tap Block. Neither of you will see the other again, and any follows between you are removed. The list is under You · Settings · Blocked users.

Delete your account

In the app: You · Settings · Delete account. You confirm twice and it happens immediately. It cannot be undone.

Without the app: write to privacy@joinstubs.com from a device you can be reached on, give your @handle, and we process the request within the time required by law, ordinarily within 30 days.

Get a copy of your data

Write to privacy@joinstubs.com with your @handle. We respond within the time required by law, ordinarily within 30 days, and charge only where the law permits.

Photographs

To correct or take down a photograph credited to you, write to legal@joinstubs.com. Where our pictures come from explains where each one came from.

Documents
